LifeSkills Program

A key component in Sulzbacher's case management pathway is education through our LifeSkills program. Attendance in Life Skills classes is mandatory for all adult residents. The skills taught in these classes are vital for helping our clients maintain their independence once they leave the shelter environment and enter stable housing.

The majority of our LifeSkills classes are taught by volunteers and community partners. If you or your organization would like to become a part of this program please contact Megan Riggs at or call 904.394.8084. Click here to learn more about how to becoming a volunteer.

Some of the classes we currently offer are:

• Childhood Nutrition
• Job Interview Skills
• Anger Management
• Money Management,
• Parenting Classes
• Smoking Cessation
• Stress Management
